From June 16 to July 25, 2025,Two students from the Faculty of Law of Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) were selected and sponsored to participate in the six-week "Summer Program in European and International Economic Law" at the Faculty of Law of the University of Augsburg, Germany.
The summer course is a key initiative under the student exchange agreement between the Faculty of Law of MUST and the University of Augsburg. Under this agreement, students nominated by MUST are exempt from tuition fees for the program. Designed for international participants, the program was delivered in English by distinguished German professors, including Prof. Dr. Thomas M.J. Möllers, and covered essential topics in European and international economic law through a combination of academic lectures and case studies. Both students successfully completed the program and received certificates of completion, while also engaging in active academic and cultural exchanges with faculty and peers from around the world.
Then MUST Faculty of Law remains committed to its vision of "Nurturing Local Talent with Global Outlook," and continues to expand its collaboration with leading law schools worldwide. This summer program has not only strengthened the partnership with the University of Augsburg but also provided students with immersive exposure to European legal education, enhancing their international legal competencies. Moving forward, the Faculty will continue to develop diverse global learning opportunities to cultivate legally minded talents with broad international perspectives, thereby supporting Macao’s and the nation’s growing needs in foreign-related legal expertise.

本次德國奧格斯堡大學的暑校讓我受益匪淺。通過一個半月的密集學習，我進一步了解了國際投資法、跨國訴訟與仲裁等領域，同時加深了對CISG與WTO規則的理解。而項目課程不僅注重理論講解，還結合案例研討與模擬法庭，極大地鍛鍊了我的法律思維和跨文化溝通能力。特別值得一提的是陳磊老師的“中國商法”課程，它不僅為外國同學提供了了解中國法律體系的窗口，也讓我從比較法視角重新審視本國制度。課堂上，在陳磊老師的引導下我們與來自不同國家的學生交流，更讓我感受到法律視角的多樣性。此次暑校拓寬了我的國際視野，也堅定了我進一步探索國際經濟法的決心。感謝奧格斯堡大學的精心安排與母校的支持，這段經歷將成為我學術與職業發展中的重要一步。

我在德國奧格斯堡大學經歷了一生難忘的一次暑期交流，在這為期六週的暑期課程中，較以往更深度地學習了歐盟法律制度，特別是歐盟公司法以及德國公司法；以域外的角度研習了中國商法；更是第一次全面地瞭解了英美普通法系的法律運作以及其物權法和法律經濟學中的不同觀點。特別是歐盟與德國公司法的課程，Möllers教授通過案例與各層次規範結合，將歐盟和德國兩個層面的公司法法律制度鋪展得通俗而全面，同時也分享了相當豐富的企業合規知識和證券市場理念，這些對於我的專業知識起到了非常重要的拓展和補充作用。除了習得新知外，我在這次交流學習中結識交好了來自法國、美國、印度、巴西等來自不同國家和法域的朋友。於我而言，這次交流不僅是一次外出學習，更是我難忘的交織美好青春與未來理想的回憶。
