School of Law Holds Summer Faculty Workshop on "Undergraduate Thesis Writing Guidelines"

On July 23, the School of Law successfully held a summer faculty workshop on "Undergraduate Thesis Writing Guidelines." The event was chaired by Program Director Xie Gengliang, with the majority of the faculty in attendance.

The workshop aimed to enhance instructors’ ability to guide students in completing their graduation theses, further improving students’ thesis writing skills and academic standards. Faculty members engaged in thorough discussions on various practical aspects, including the supervision process, writing schedule, and thesis formatting requirements, based on potential challenges encountered when advising students. Additionally, the School organized a discussion among faculty members to review and optimize the current "Thesis Writing Guidelines," with the goal of helping students better understand the requirements for academic writing and improving the overall quality of graduation theses.
