Faculty of Law Won Three Awards at "Basic Law PowerPoint Presentation Design Competition"

Faculty and students from MUST Faculty of Law recently participated in the "Basic Law PowerPoint Presentation Design Competition" and secured three prestigious awards. A team of second-year undergraduate students, Li Luoqi, Gao Kangwei, Chen Xiaoda, Wang Xiyou, and Luo Lewen, won Third Place and the Best Presentation Award for their entry titled "The Macao Basic Law: The Fundamental Guarantee for Building a Hub of International High-End Talent." Additionally, Assistant Professor Zhou Ting from the Law School received the Outstanding Mentor Award.

Sponsored by the Macao Foundation and organized by the Macao Basic Law Promotion Association, the competition aimed to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region. It encouraged participants to utilize digital media to promote knowledge of the Basic Law and foster a correct understanding of its principles. Through their participation, the Law School faculty and students further strengthened their commitment to advancing awareness of the Basic Law. By skillfully integrating information technology in line with the AI era, they transformed legal provisions into relatable, concrete examples, effectively achieving the competition’s goals of promoting the Basic Law, enhancing constitutional awareness, and upholding the spirit of the Constitution.
