The two parties established a strategic partnership and set up liaison offices to facilitate collaboration. Building on this foundation, he expressed optimism about fully leveraging the strengths of both institutions to conduct research in areas related to international commercial dispute resolution. Additionally, he emphasized the importance of enhancing exchanges and cooperation on the rule of law between Chinese Mainland and the Macao SAR. President Liu also noted that many outstanding graduates from the Faculty of Law at MUST have joined the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, where their performance has been highly commended. He hopes that in the future, the two institutions will actively integrate resources and promote talent transfer by organizing research activities, training courses, professional competitions, and more, ultimately realizing their shared vision of contributing to the development and construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Dean Fang Quan extended a warm welcome to Dean Liu Xiaochun and his delegation. He emphasized the strong alignment between practical institutions and academic units in fostering talent development.
