On April 27, 2024, Dean Miao Lianying of the Law School of Zhengzhou University (ZZU) visited the Faculty of Law of M.U.S.T.. Dean Fang Quan, Assistant Dean Yi Zaicheng and Program Director Mou Xiaobo of the Faculty of Law attended the reception.

Dean Fang Quan welcomed Dean Miao Lianying’s visit and expressed his gratitude to Dean Miao’s affirmation and suggestions during the faculty’s curriculum review work in 2022. During the meeting, Dean Fang introduced the number of teachers and students, subject characteristics, scientific research platform, affiliated institutions, and the school’s external exchanges to Dean Miao. Dean Miao affirmed the steady and rapid development of the faculty over the past 24 years and also provided an overview of the history of the Law School of ZZU, the number of teachers and students, and teaching characteristics. He pointed out that there is ample room for cooperation between the two faculties, expressing expectations to collaborate.
During the conference, the Faculty of Law of M.U.S.T. and the Faculty of Law of ZZU established a friendly relationship and reached a preliminary cooperation intention. They aim to complement each other’s resources in the future, promote teacher-student exchanges, discipline construction, and academic research, as well as foster the development of foreign-related legal talents.
