On March 8, 2024, alumni of the Faculty of Law of Macau University of Science and Technology (M.U.S.T.) returned to participate in the “M.U.S.T. Career Day 2024”. This activity aims to help alumni attract talent and provide employment and internship opportunities for junior fellow students. In the job fair, Lawyer Yang Yang (graduated in 2005 with LLB, the Faculty of Law of Macau University of Science and Technology) and other alumni returned to the school to recruit on behalf of their companies.
When visiting the recruitment booth of alumni, President Joseph Hun-wei Lee expressed his welcome for alumni enterprises to return to the faculty and participate in the recruitment fair. He also encouraged collaboration with the university for mutual development and looked forward to achieving more win-win cooperation between the faculty's talent resources and alumni resources. Dean Fang Quan engaged in detailed discussions with representatives of alumni companies to gain insights into the recruitment positions. She showed concern about the employment situation and opportunities for graduates, and also acquainted minutely job content, salary, promotion opportunities, and other issues that students typically worry about. Lawyer Yang Yang expressed his gratitude to the university and faculty leaders for their concern and encouragement towards alumni enterprises. He will continue to work diligently to leverage alumni resources and contribute to the development of his alma mater. Mr. Li Yongxian, Vice Minister of the Education and Youth Affairs Department from the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region, Mr. Chan Iok Wai, Director of the Department of Students of the Education and Youth Development Bureau of Macao, and Dr. Kwong Ying Wa, Vice-President of M.U.S.T., also expressed their encouragement and appreciation to the alumni representatives.

Being based in Macao and internationally oriented, the Faculty of Law of Macau University of Science and Technology (M.U.S.T.) has always adhered to the mission and goal of cultivating local and cross-domain legal talents through multiculturalism. The Faculty of Law not only attaches great importance on perfecting the legal discipline system, establishing a robust legal teaching system, and strengthening the legal faculty, but also attaches great importance to the graduation opportunities and employment development of graduates. The faculty aims to continue providing exceptional talent to society and contributing to the development of Macao and the country.
