In terms of academic exchanges, the winter camp offered a series of high-quality courses on topics such as the national Constitution and Basic Law, criminal procedure, civil and commercial law, as well as the system of special administrative regions.
Regarding visits and cultural experiences, the students had the opportunity to visit the Supreme People's Court, the Beijing Internet Court, the Great Hall of the People, and historical and cultural sites in Beijing. This allowed them to gain a deep understanding of the highly organized and efficient judicial system in China. Through exchanges and visits, the students gained new insights into the achievements and challenges of China's judicial reform in safeguarding legal justice and improving trial efficiency. They also developed a better understanding of how the Internet courts utilize internet technology to overcome geographical and temporal limitations in handling cases and improving trial efficiency.
