As the new‑semester season commences, the Macau University of Science and Technology has carried out its orientation activities in an orderly manner. Faculty members from the Faculty of Law have also taken an active part in the welcome campaign. Assistant Professor Chen Guanhong and Assistant Professor Ms. Gong Xiaohan served as campus ambassadors, answering on‑site enquiries raised by new students and their parents, and warmly greeting the incoming cohort of 2026.
To help freshmen smoothly adapt to the brand‑new campus environment, academic rhythm and university life, the Faculty of Law plans to host a freshmen orientation ceremony and a series of orientation workshops from September to November. Workshop topics include guidance on law‑related coursework, peer‑sharing of learning experiences, literature retrieval and academic writing tutorials, introduction to competitions, as well as career‑planning counselling for legal practice and academic advancement.
