Assistant Professor Xue Wenchao from the Faculty of Law served as the lead instructor, accompanied by five students: Zhou Xingshan, Li Ming Yip, Li Xinzhu, Gu Yi, and Yip Ka Hei. The winter camp featured academic exchanges, institutional visits, and cultural activities, providing students from Hong Kong and Macao with immersive learning opportunities. Academic sessions covered topics such as Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Xi Jinping Thought and Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, Law and Economics, Overseas Cultural Relics, and Intellectual Property Rights.

Outside the classroom, participants visited the Hong Kong and Macao Basic Law Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, the Great Hall of the People, and the Supreme People’s Court. Cultural excursions included the Museum of the Communist Party of China’s History, the Palace Museum, the National Speed Skating Oval (Ice Ribbon) from the Winter Olympics, and the ancient Gubei Water Town. These activities deepened their understanding of China’s judicial system and allowed them to experience Beijing’s cultural heritage from diverse perspectives, fostering a stronger connection to the nation’s capital.

Through this program, students broadened their horizons, gained insights into mainland China’s legal development and historical culture, reinforced their comprehension of the "One Country, Two Systems" principle, and strengthened their resolve to become high-caliber legal professionals who uphold both moral integrity and legal expertise in alignment with the era’s aspirations.
