In response to the university's call, faculty members and students, as always, joined the "Walk for a Million in Macau 2024" organized by the Readers' Welfare Foundation of Macau Daily News on December 8, 2024.
The "Walk for a Million in Macau" is an important charity event organized by the Readers' Welfare Foundation of Macau Daily News since 1984. Its main purpose is to raise funds through donations to support various public welfare projects. The "Walk for a Million in Macau 2024" is conducted through a 3-kilometer walk, allowing the public to donate to the foundation by participating in the full walk. The funds raised will be used to support vulnerable groups, emergency relief, care for the elderly and children, and education and talent development, providing tangible support to society's disadvantaged groups.
