The 18th “Golden Law Hammer Cup” Competition between colleges and universities nationwide was established by Shanghai University Law School in May 2009. It is the earliest and most influential cross-regional moot court competition held in East China. After 14 years and 17 sessions, it has developed a comprehensive organization and implementation plan for moot court competitions without drafts, rehearsals, and real cases. In recent years, the competition’s influence has grown, garnering extensive attention and in-depth coverage from authoritative news media such as People’s Daily. The exceptional performance of the Faculty of Law's representative team reflects the high teaching standards and overall strength of the Faculty of Law at M.U.S.T.. Moving forward, the Faculty of Law will continue to prioritize practice-oriented teaching activities, actively engage in international competitions, broaden students’ global perspectives, and enhance students’ research and learning capabilities.
