On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Faculty of Law at the Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST) held a special event titled "Face-to-Face with Mentors", a teacher-student exchange workshop, on the afternoon of September 12, 2024, in Block R. This event was organized by the Faculty of Law and co-hosted by the Faculty of Law Students’ Association, with sponsorship from the Macau University of Science and Technology Foundation. The workshop was led by Xie Gengliang, the Program Director of the Faculty of Law. Notable attendees included Professor Yu Guanghua, Professor Zhu Shihai, Associate Professor Shen Yunqiao, Associate Professor Peng Yunpeng, Assistant Professor Zhu Feng, Assistant Professor Dai Mengliang, Assistant Professor Xue Wenchao, Assistant Professor Zhou Ting, Assistant Professor Wong Weng Kuok, Assistant Professor Chen Qin, Assistant Professor Liao Si, Assistant Professor Guo Yiting, and Assistant Professor Man Tao. The event attracted over fifty students from the Faculty of Law.

With the theme of the Mid-Autumn Festival, this event provided a comfortable and relaxed environment for the Faculty of Law’s teachers and students to deepen their mutual understanding through interactive games and refreshments. Before the event commenced, Assistant Professor Xie Gengliang introduced the attending faculty members and outlined the event’s agenda. To bridge the gap between teachers and students, an interactive game called “Who Is the Spy” was played, which was filled with both fun and excitement. Following the thrilling games, teachers and students gathered to enjoy refreshments and engage in an interactive conversation session. The atmosphere was very harmonious.

At the conclusion of the event, Assistant Professor Xie took the initiative to extend Mid-Autumn Festival greetings to the students and invited the other attending teachers to share their well-wishes. The teachers conveyed their heartfelt wishes for a joyful Mid-Autumn Festival. Although they were in Macau, the students were able to reconnect with their relatives and friends through video calls and other means, sending their best regards. Additionally, the students present seized this opportunity to express their holiday greetings to the teachers, share their goals for the upcoming school year, and encourage their peers to engage more in campus activities. They emphasized the importance of cherishing their time as students and growing together.
