The Intellectual Property Law Alliance of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (IPLAG) successfully held its annual conference and the 5th Macao Intellectual Property Forum in 2023, attracting widespread attention
The event, organized by IPLAG and hosted by the China Strategy Institute for Intellectual Property in Guangdong, with the co-organization of the Faculty of Law at the M.U.S.T., the Macau Intellectual Property Service Center, and the Intellectual Property Service Center at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, took place on December 2 in Guangzhou Science City.
Deputy Director Chan Tze Wai of the Economic and Technological Development Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region, Deputy Director Fong Peng Kit of the Legal Affairs Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region, Distinguished Guest Professor Wu Han Dong, Honorary Director of the Macau Intellectual Property Service Center and Faculty of Law at M.U.S.T., Vice President Jin Yan of the Guangdong Law Society, Deputy Director Lan Wei Ning of the Guangzhou Market Supervision Administration (Intellectual Property Bureau), Director Zhong Zi Jian of the Guangzhou Development Zone Intellectual Property Bureau, Professor Ma Yi De from the School of Public Policy and Management/College of Intellectual Property at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Fang Quan, Chairman of IPLAG and Dean of the Faculty of Law at M.U.S.T., and Director Zhang Chi of the China Strategy Institute for Intellectual Property, along with representatives from over thirty member units of the alliance and more than a hundred professionals from the intellectual property industry, attended the conference and forum.
