Asian Journal of Criminology《亞洲犯罪學期刊》
The Asian Journal of Criminology aims to advance the study of criminology and criminal justice in Asia, to promote evidence-based public policy in crime prevention, and to promote comparative studies about crime and criminal justice. The Journal provides a platform for criminologists, policymakers, and practitioners and welcomes manuscripts relating to crime, crime prevention, criminal law, medico-legal topics and the administration of criminal justice in Asian countries. The Journal especially encourages theoretical and methodological papers with an emphasis on evidence-based, empirical research addressing crime in Asian contexts. It seeks to publish research arising from a broad variety of methodological traditions, including quantitative, qualitative, historical, and comparative methods. The Journal fosters a multi-disciplinary focus and welcomes manuscripts from a variety of disciplines, including criminology, criminal justice, law, sociology, psychology, forensic science, social work, urban studies, history, and geography.
《亞洲犯罪學期刊》旨在推動亞洲犯罪學和刑事司法研究,促進實證預防犯罪的公共政策,並推動犯罪與刑事司法的比較研究。期刊為犯罪學家、政策制定者和實踐者提供平台,發表涉及亞洲國家犯罪、犯罪預防、刑法、法醫學主題和刑事司法執行的相關論文。期刊重點發表以亞洲國家犯罪為研究對象,以循證研究或經驗研究為研究方法的的理論類及方法論類文章,介紹了包括定量研究、定性研究、歷史研究和比較研究等多種研究方法下的研究成果,並囊括包括犯罪學、刑事司法、法學、社會學、心理學、法醫學、社會工作、城市研究、歷史學和地理學等多學科的跨學科研究。

劉建宏,澳門科技大學法學院特聘教授。其公開發表學術論著逾 225 篇(含合作作品),包括 31 本書籍及 100 餘篇 SSCI 或 Scopus 文章。他曾獲多項國際權威榮譽:2016 年美國犯罪學學會“弗裡達・艾德勒傑出學者獎”、2018 年美國刑事司法學會“吉哈德・O.W. 米勒傑出學者獎”,以及 2025 年美國犯罪學學會“塞林 & 格盧克獎”;合著書籍亦斬獲 2022 年亞洲犯罪學學會“傑出圖書獎”與美國華人社會科學教授協會“最佳學術出版物獎”。他在國際學術組織擔任要職,包括亞洲犯罪學學會創會會長、名譽會長(2009-2015),國際犯罪學學會學術委員會主席(2014 年至今),亞洲犯罪學學會會員大會主席(2016 年至今)。學術出版領域,他主持《亞洲犯罪學期刊》(SSCI Q2、Scopus Law 前 10%)主編工作,兼任“施普林格亞洲犯罪學與刑事司法研究叢書”編輯,及 20 餘種國際期刊編委。此外,他還獲斯德哥爾摩犯罪學獎基金會聘為專家提名人、歐洲研究委員會資助評審員,並擔任聯合國亞太區犯罪和刑事司法統計卓越中心顧問、中國犯罪學學會高級顧問等。
Professor Jianhong Liu is a Distinguished Guest Professor at Faculty of Law of University of Science and Technology. He is a leading figure in the development of Asian Criminology. Much of his research focuses on crime and justice in Asia and China. Prof Liu has more than 225 academic publications including 31 books, more than 100 SSCI or Scopus journal articles. He is the winner of 2016 American Society of Criminology International Division’s “Freda Adler Distinguished International Scholar Award” and the winner of 2018 Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences’ “G. O.W. Mueller Award for Distinguished Contribution to International Criminal Justice”, and the winner of the 2025 American Society of Criminology’s “Thorsten Sellin & Sheldon and Eleanor Glueck Award”. He is currently the Elected President of the Scientific Commission of the International Society for Criminology (2014-), the elected Chairman of the General Assembly of the Asian Criminological Society (2016-), and a member of the steering committee of Campbell Collaboration’s Crime and Justice Group (2009-). Professor Liu was the Founding and Honorary President of Asian Criminological Society (2009-2015). He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Asian Journal of Criminology (Springer publishing, SSCI indexed Journal), the Editor of “Springer Series on Asian Criminology & Criminal Justice”, and a member of the editorial boards of more than 20 international academic journals, including top ranked journals such as British Journal of Criminology and other top ranked journals such as Journal of Experimental Criminology. Professor Liu’s primary research interest is Comparative Criminology and comparative criminal justice.
